Our proprietary material SO#50SP8 used in the Black grade has excellent wear resistance, maintains machining accuracy for a long period of time, and suppresses burr formation on the panel.

Wear amount of Cam Slide Guide

SO#50SP8 exhibits excellent running-in characteristics. The Cam Slide Guide shows minimal wear even after one million strokes. This prevents burrs on panels due to the change of punch position and contributes to high-quality panel production.
