We researched and developed oilless metals and machine parts, including various solid lubricants to satisfy customer requirements.
Failures on the machines sliding surfaces (e.g. bearing) are exemplified by excessive wear, scoring,seizure, etc. A lot of time and manpower had to be consumed to prevent these failures by installation of a special device for constant lubrication. Sankyo Oilless Industry, Inc. has embedded or impregnated uniquely developed special solid lubricants on the sliding surfaces, resulting in oilless metals that prevent failures on sliding surfaces without lubrication. Now, our products have been highly acclaimed by various fields of industries including automobile industry.
In 1999, our Yamagata Plant succeeded in getting ISO9001 certificate. We are proceeding our renewed quality control method to the other sectors of our company.
We have established affiliated companies in Europe and the United States, and agents in Asian countries for continued supply of our products to customers all over the world.
